Built for day-long alpine adventures, the Descendit Ski Jacket from The North Face will keep you warm, dry and comfortable all day long thanks to their combination of DryVent™ waterproofing and PrimaLoft® insulation technology.

DryVent™ is a highly waterproof, breathable, and windproof fabric that’s been treated with a durable water repellent finish which helps to form droplets and repel water from the surface. The North Face's Dryvent fabric with a DWR coating has proved to be so effective that it achieves the same waterproof rating after twenty washes! With a rating of 75PSI, this fabric is extremely waterproof, so you can be assured you're investing in an extremely high quality and durable snow jacket.

This material is engineered to allow water vapor to pass through from the inside to the outside, keeping your body temperature regulated whilst you're out on the slopes. The North Face has then combined this with their synthetic PrimaLoft® Black insulation to result in a jacket that keeps you warm without the bulk, is breathable, maintains loft when wet, and is ultra-soft against to the touch.

The North Face has added a bunch of essential snow features to this jacket to make it an alpine must-have, including a helmet-compatible hood, a secure-zip chest pocket, and a secure-zip wrist pocket with a goggle wipe. A lightweight yet strong VISLON® center front zip keeps the elements from creeping in and underarm vents provide airflow to prevent you from heating up.
