The North Dome Wind Jacket has been tweaked to perfection. This time, the mark II, second generation version has been developed for crag climbers, much like the original, but this time The North Face have outdone themselves with a new fit that moves with the body as you climb, creating an unrivalled comfort like no other climbing jacket.

Much like the original, the North Dome II Stretch Wind Jacket has been specifically developed for crag climbers and all of their needs. This incredibly lightweight climbing-orientated spring jacket offers movement-friendly, wind-resistant properties thanks to its 40D WindWall® fabric. This consists of 88% Nylon and 12% Elastane for a superior stretch as you climb to your heart’s content. The added DWR coating has you in mind, especially when belaying and in need of a little extra protection from the weather while the lead climber works up a sweat on the wall.

The material itself has natural stretchy qualities, which together with underarm gussets delivers fully-functional, arms-up mobility. The integrated adjustable hood is helmet compatible and the two-way front zipper is completely compatible with a harness. All options covered! Featuring a zipped chest pocket with a harness hook, so when it’s finally your time to climb you can roll it up and securely attach it to your harness, no questions asked!
