About the West K-West
The 2020/2021 West K-West is an all-mountain snowboard built specifically for the next generation of shredders aged 8 to 15. Modeled after the acclaimed CPT Achab shape this deck features a slightly wider profile with nose and tail rocker designed to prevent edge catches and maximise fun across all terrain. Whether young riders are lapping the park cruising groomers with the family or exploring off-piste snow the K-West offers the ideal balance of stability and playful maneuverability to fast-track progression.
Under the hood the K-West is constructed with the same high-quality materials found in West's adult lineup including a responsive poplar beech spruce and paulownia wood core. Integrated shock absorbers Under Foot cushion harsh landings while carbon stringers in the nose and tail provide dependable energy return and pop without making the flex too demanding. Finished with a durable P-Tex 4000 base and built using eco-friendly FSC-certified wood and green epoxy the K-West is the ultimate polyvalent tool for young riders ready to conquer the whole mountain.
