The VerticalBoard Light has all the training essentials you need: trays and rulers, along with one and two-knuckle rulers (20mm). As an added bonus, if you're having difficulty doing pull-ups, this beam allows you to attach an elastic band to make exercises easier by taking the weight off. (Sold separately)

If that's too easy, you can also upgrade your beam to make things more difficult by adding magnetic VerticalBoard wedges to reduce each depth by 10mm (sold separately).
