Asolo Footwear Size Chart

The Fit

Mondo Sizes: Asolo footwear uses the Mondo sizing system, where each whole size is equivalent to exactly 1cm in length. To ensure the best fit we recommend:

  • If you have previously owned Asolo, buy the same size again; their sizes have not changed.
  • Shop using Mondo or UK sizes.
  • Follow our "How to Measure Your Mondo Size" advice and video lower down this page.
UK Sizes: Asolo UK sizes run true to size for a perfect fit right out of the box. No need to up or down a size.

EU Sizes: Asolo EU sizes are only correct for sizes between EU 35.5 and EU 46.5. If you need a different size, the way Asolo have done their size conversions is not the same as most other brands. The correct EU sizes are shown in the "Absolute" column. We are convinced the "Absolute" column is correct because it is used by most other brands and because the sequence of sizes follows a consistent pattern. EU shoe sizes increase in 3.333mm increments - which is why, when presented to a single decimal point, they should always end with .0, .3 or .7 and never with .5.

US Sizes: Asolo's conversions to US sizes are out by half a size. The correct size conversions from Mondo are shown in the "Absolute" columns. If you need a US men's 11, buy a UK 10 or Mondo 29 (not a US 10.5 as suggested by Asolo). If you need a US women's 7, buy a UK 5 or Mondo 24 (and not a USW 5.5 as suggested by Asolo).

On Our Website: On our website we use Asolo sizes (even though they are not always correct) because these are what appear on the shoe boxes and the shoes themselves.

How to Measure Your Foot Size

Snowboard boots are sized using the Mondopoint system which is very simple, making it nice and easy to choose the correct boot size. The Mondopoint size is the length of the inside of the boot liner, measured in cm.

To work out your size, the best way is to look it up on a pair of snowboard boots which fit you well but, if this is your first pair, measure the length of the insole on your best fitting pair of trainers. Remove the insole and measure, using a steal measuring tape, from the extreme tip of the toe to the extreme tip of the heel.

The measurement will always be exact to the nearest 0.5cm. You will never get 30.2 or 28.8; it will always be 30.0 exactly. This is your mondo shoe or boot size.
