How to Measure Your Chest & Arm Length

  • Wear just an undergarment or nothing at all.
  • Stand up straight with your arms hanging by your sides and breath normally.
  • Run a soft tape measure under your arm pits over the largest part of your chest and across your shoulder blades.
  • The tape measure should be snug, but not tight.
  • Ask a friend to run a soft tape measure from the centre of the back of your neck, across to the tip of one shoulder, then down the outside of your arm to your wrist bone.
  • The Fit

Berghaus are grounded in the principal of clothing working with the natural movement of the body with every garment designed to enhance, not restrict performance and motion. Berghaus garments come in a variety of 'fits'. Check the product description to see which fit applies:

  • Technical: Close, ergonomic fit with freedom of movement for enhanced performance in active pursuits. Cut to account for likely combinations of layering.
  • Active: Not close to the body yet not baggy. A combination of both performance and comfort. Cut to work best with similar Active Fit products.
  • Relaxed: Classic cut for greater freedom of movement with comfort and room for layering.
