Its 2-layer fabric not only keeps the elements at bay but also allows plenty of breathability by allowing moisture to escape thus improving your overall body temperature regulation thanks to the ultimate Gore-Tex membrane. 686 have added a Durable Water-repellent coating so vapour rolls off the surface and doesn't soak into the fabric. All this results in trousers that will handle whatever the mountain throws your way.

These pants come with high-performance fully taped GTX seams to provide protection against the elements and cross-venting inner vents provide ventilation when you need to cool off and disperse the build-up of warm air. Side stretch panels, 500D Reinforcement areas and adjustable shoulder straps ensure that the bib fit is completely flexible and unrestricted.

The boot gaiter not only has a Lycra stretch panel and boot lace hook but has a BOA® Compatible Boot System inside the Gaiter, too. A boot gusset with zip closure finishes off this handy feature.
