About the Beal Be Safe
Be Safe is Beal's new medium sized screwgate HMS carabiner. Super lightweight at 66g, this carabiner is ideal for belaying and rappelling with single or double ropes.
Compared to other carabiners in the Beal range the Be Safe has a flatter, wider frame specifically designed to accommodate more rope. This technical design means that there will be less friction between ropes and reduced rope bunching.
