About the Burton Yeasayer Flying V
The Burton Yeasayer Flying V women's snowboard is perfect for ladies looking for a fun, easy-to-ride all-mountain board that consistently delivers and puts a smile on your face no matter where you ride.
The Flying V profile is a hybrid blend of positive and reverse camber that work subtly underneath you to maximise board performance whether you're waist-deep in pow, leaping knee-high onto a box or stomping a huge drop. Between your bindings is V-Rocker which is constantly in contact with the snow for stability. Under your feet is positive camber that loads up energy for even more stability and edge hold, plus it enables you to snap up into ollies and stomp landings with ease.
Frostbite Edges will help keep you locked in when turning and Burton Squeezebox has been added to energise any pressure you put through for pop. On top of this Burton's Pro-Tip™ shaves off excess weight to help when spinning.
Beyond the bindings, the tip and tail are rockered again and lift away from the snow. This enhances float in deep snow and means it's catch-free on the pistes and in the park too. In addition to the rocker elements, the Yeasayer Flying V also features a Scoop Design which exaggerates the lift at the tip and tail to ensure you have a loose, playful ride. This profile is perfect for boosting your confidence when riding allowing you to explore more.
- Squeezebox - A wavy core which is thicker at the beginning and end of the channel which are the areas that take all the pressure when loading up on an ollie. The thickness adds more snap which will lead to a more responsive pop
- Scoop - Exaggerated tip and tail lift to give a loose, catch-free ride that floats better in soft snow
- Overbite Frostbite Edges - The boards edges extend out slightly underfoot to give additional grip on icy conditions
- Dualzone EGD - Wood grain is positioned along the toe and heel edges in two continuous zones, perpendicular to the rest of the wood core, for consistent edge-hold and added strength
- Women's Specific Triax Fibreglass - Versatile flex and response throughout the board
- Pro-Tip - The tip and tail are thinned down to reduce swing weight making turn initiation easier and spins smoother
- Infinite Ride - Burton break the board in at the factory meaning ti rides the same on day 1 as it does on day 100
- The Channel - Rather than using a 4x4 system, Burton have introduced the Channel system which allows you to fully adjust your stance width and angles. Your bindings will have to be compatible with the Channel and conversion discs can be bought separately for most bindings. Burton offer a 3 year warranty on all boards with the Channel
