About the Tommy Caldwell Eco Dry DT
Edelrid has worked with professional climber and star of The Dawn Wall Tommy Caldwell to develop the TC Eco. The rope is ideal for big walls and demanding routes.
The TC Eco features Edelrid's ColorTec technology creates a clearly recognizable change in colour between the two halves of the rope and therefore a durable centre mark. Always know where the middle of the rope is with this colour feature allowing for easier for coiling.
Constructed with 48 bobbins allow the TC Eco to have a fine sheath structure that operates fluidly in the hand, the sublime handling is coupled with high abrasion resistance for a rope so thin.
3D coiling technology allows the rope to be ready to go out the packet and prevents tangles when in use. This is coupled with an extremely low water absorption rate thanks to the ECO dry treatment, allowing it to be used in the most adverse conditions.
