The Burton Ballast snowboard/ski pants are a serious piece of kit with Gore-Tex premium protection, perfect for any rider that wants their gear to work as hard as they do.
Constructed using Gore-Tex, the Burton Ballast not only has the best waterproofing in the outdoor market but has great breathability to keep you dry in and out. This waterproof tech is capable of blocking water from entering yet allows perspiration to escape creating a much more comfortable ride keeping you cool and dry while charging the slopes. This material is extremely durable and is constructed to withstand the mountains' most demanding and harshest conditions.
The Ballast pant is jam-packed with awesome features that further improve your way of life while riding. This includes Cuff Elevators that raise your cuffs using a hidden ripcord on the back of the pant leg to protect them from dragging along dirt and reduce abrasions. With that in mind, Burton have also added Anti Scuff Cuffs for extra reinforcement using Cordura fabric for added abrasion resistance and durability.
These pants are fully taped with Gore-Seam Tape to stop water from entering through the seams and the Mesh Lined Test-I-Cool vents will get you cooled down in no time!
