The Snow Pro Vest is designed to carry all your avalanche equipment in the backpack compartment, including the SBX system, with plenty of space left over for other essentials in the ample front pockets. The Safeback SBX system is housed in a permanent foam pod sewn into the vest's main compartment. Clean air is pulled from outside the pack through the mesh window when you pull the t-shaped activation handle. Both the SBX's air outlets and t-shaped activation handle are internally routed to both shoulders, with super-sturdy security buckles and straps to hold the vest and SBX system in place.
The Snow Pro x Safeback is fully engineered to cater for a wide range of body shapes and sizes, making it available to as many riders as possible, while still having space to fit all your avalanche safety equipment. Despite all this room, it's still slim enough to enjoy comfortable laps on the chairlift, which is super-handy.
When it comes to carrying other mountain essentials, the Snow Pro Vest is good to go. With diagonal carry for skis and vertical snowboard carry, you'll always be ready for freeride missions in the boot pack. And if you get a bit too toasty on those steep ascents, the mesh ventilation on the front panels allows heat to escape as required.
