About the Nitro Prime View
The Nitro Prime View is a directional all-mountain snowboard that has been designed with a shape and deep sidecut that allow you to descend the steepest of faces with style and finesse.
Nitro has added their Flat Out Rocker profile to the Prime View, which is the perfect blend of a flat mid section between the bindings and an early rise in the nose which makes it extra fun in the pow. A classic radial sidecut on the Prime View is extremely versatile and predictable, allowing you to turn and hold an edge with confidence.
The Prime View Powercore uses tip-to-tail poplar wood in the board's core which provides a lightweight yet super robust core that will provide plenty of pop and response when you need it most. This year Nitro has updated the board with Power Pod tech, which enhances the sidecuts to create fantastic edge control on icy, hard surfaces. With Power Pods the board will react easily once on the edge enabling you to turn quickly with ease.
- Power Pods - Tight sidecut radius in the center of the board with a largeer one towards tip and tail. This creates additional edge control, especially on hard and icy surfaces as well as less toe and heel drag for larger boots and flatter stance angles. Power Pods make the board super reactive with fast turning once on the edge
- All Terrain Flex - Nitros most versatile flex pattern, combining Nitro's signature pop with smooth response, allowing you to tear up the entire mountain
- Bi-Lite Laminates - A Biaxial layup gives a smooth and reliable ride, as well as being extremely forgiving when landings are off axis or sketchy
- Powercore - Tip-to-tail poplar provides strength and durability with the perfect flex pattern whilst being incredibly lightweight
- Dual Degressive Sidecut - This sidecut blends a smaller radius in the center with two larger one in the tip and tail, making it loose and playful.
- Sintered Speed Formula HD Base - High abrasion resistance, increased wax absorption and super fast on snow speeds
