Whether you're travelling light on the mountain trail or hostel hopping your way around South America, the question of clean drinking water is always foremost.

The Quickdraw Microfilter gives you a fantastic water filter for fast-moving outdoor activities from travel and backpacking to wild camping and trekking.

With its inside/outside (I/O) dual-threaded design, the QuickDraw filter cartridge securely adapts to smartwater® bottles and other Platypus bottles and reservoirs allowing you to create your ideal system to suit your needs. Compatible with the Platy Hoser™ Reservoir, Platy 2.0L Bottle, Platy SoftBottle™, Platy Water Tank and certain common 28mm PET soda/water bottles.

The Quickdraw uses a microfilter made of hollow fibre membrane technology. These membranes are made of small straws that contain microscopic pores of 0.2 microns in diameter that allow clean water to pass through while preventing larger bacteria, particulates and other forms of turbidity from passing to create safe drinking water.

Each microfilter is individually tested to ensure it meets all EPA & NSF guidelines for the removal of 99.9999% of bacteria and 99.9% of protozoa. Please note, the Quickdraw Microfilter does not filter viruses and should be used in areas/conditions where the water source is known to be free of human contamination.
