Written alongside well-known Swedish outdoor chefs, the Moment Cookbook holds recipes that will inspire the reader to think differently about outdoor food. Something to inspire the new generation of outdoor cooking enthusiasts.
A collaboration with outdoor chefs Nathalie Spjälle and Eric Tornblad, the cookbook has meals to suit everyone from meat eaters to gluten intolerant and vegans. The Moment cookbook has the Nordic Eco Label, is Climate Neutral and printed on FSC Standard MIX paper to reduce a negative environmental impact. A percentage of the proceeds from the sale will go to the Swedish Society for Nature Conservation.
This is a wonderful product, and perhaps this was the only place where we could buy it from, so we were thrilled to see it here; we’ve not yet cooked the recipes in it, however we’re pretty excited at doing it!
