The Traverse 18 S backpack is most at home on day-long tours. Thanks to ergonomically shaped shoulder straps, combined with a broad hip belt, an evenly balanced distribution of weight is spread out across the pack. No more discomfort or backache.

The Traverse 18 S has a large main compartment and several additional spaces, providing you with plenty of storage space for equipment. Smaller objects can be quickly and securely stowed away in the slot compartment located at the front of the pack. Thirsty? Your drinking bottle is always close to hand thanks to the elastic side compartments, and the Traverse is also hydration system compatible.

This Ortovox pack features an included rain cover, ensuring the bag and your belongings stay nice and dry. Hiking pole fastenings are also included along with a hip pocket and holder for sunglasses located on the shoulder strap for when that sun glare gets a little too much. The Traverse 18 S is rounded off with an Emergency Card.

For optimal comfort, the Traverse 18 S includes a Comfort Contact back system. The contact pads in Ortovox’s Alpine Series ensure permanent circulation of air and make the Traverse a pleasure to wear during activities that involve lots of moving.
