Originally created in 1978 to help prevent back problems in Swedish school children, the Kanken Backpack from Fjällräven is the perfect backpack for travel, work, school or simply the everyday.

Designed with durable recycled polyester, the Re-Kanken is excellent at withstanding everyday life, resisting dirt and wetness. The bag's recycled construction gives life to old plastic bottles and is SpinDyed to reduce the use of chemicals and water in the production process, meaning this bag is not only rugged and durable, but is kind to the environment too.

Designed with a large zippered opening, the Re-Kanken is easy to pack and unpack, and allows you to quickly find what you're looking for with its convenient design. Two flat pockets on the side, an internal back pocket and an external zipped front pocket allow you to compartmentalise your belongings with ease, keeping your essentials close at hand for when you need them most.

Within the internal back pocket, a removable seat pad provides a comfortable barrier between the contents of your bag and your back, and means a comfortable rest is never far away.
