Working alongside our team of passionate employees, the customer services assistant is arguably one of the most important roles in the business as you will be responsible for delivering first class customer service via telephone and email. Our ideal candidate needs to have a 'can do' attitude and bags of enthusiasm to fill this varied and hands on role. We are currently looking for a new recruit to join our existing team through our peak winter period, October 2019 - March 2020.
Answering customer's telephone inquiries
Processing multi channel inquiries via our internal messaging system
Processing customer returns
- Liaising with couriers to ensure deliveries arrive on time
Helping to recommend product to our customers
Excellent written and communication skills
Excellent organisation skills
Good computer literacy
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
Knowledge and passion for the sports we work in is preferred but not essential
A 'love what you do' attitude
Friendly, passionate and approachable demeanor
We have a team-based culture and everyone is expected to ‘muck in’ and help out on a very wide variety of tasks, as and when the need arises. For some positions, evening and weekend working will be required. For all positions overtime is likely to be required during busy periods. Even our Managing Director has been known to pack parcels at Christmas! Our team spirit and team based working practices make it a fulfilling and exciting place to work.
